So where do I begin, my daughter in law found her forever dress at this store. The dress was beautiful she was so happy. After being measured for the dress , she went ahead and ordered the dress and was told it would be here for the wedding date.
We were all there and heard the owner promise this.
My daughter in laws mother reached out a little over a month before the wedding as they had heard nothing from the store.
She was told the dress would not be here in time unless she paid for extradited shipping. So of course she had no choice but to pay it.
Low and behold the dress arrived when the funds were paid.  When the dress got here it did not fit, now remember she was measured for the dress. The owner said you must have gained weight, she had not gained weight and she had not shrunk in height either. The dress was so long they took off about 6 inches.
The dress was huge and was way too long and was told they had a seamstress that could do alterations but wasn’t sure if she could fit them in.
After paying again extra money for a dress that should have fit or been close to fitting the seamstress squeezed them in and altered the dress by a lot.
When we opened the dress for her to wear the dress had not been steamed it was really a hot mess.
It’s sad that brides find beautiful dresses but have such horrible experiences with the stores. This is the most important day of a brides life.
All I can say if you order a dress from here, make sure you have plenty of time and don’t believe what you’re being told.

Such an amazing experience here. Their selection of dresses are infinite, and I really felt as if my opinions were heard and I really appreciated how helpful Sonia was when choosing dresses for me and broadening the possibilities.
